4. Binding Nature.

NASDAQ quotes are delayed at least 20 minutes, all other exchanges are also at least 20 minutes delayed.

IF A DISPUTE ARISES BETWEEN ONE OR MORE CUSTOMERS OR BETWEEN A CUSTOMER AND A COMPANY FEATURED ON THE SITE, EACH OF YOU RELEASE CRWESELECT, OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS AND SUPPLIERS FROM CLAIMS, DEMANDS AND DAMAGES (ACTUAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL) OF EVERY KIND AND NATURE, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, SUSPECTED AND UNSUSPECTED, DISCLOSED AND UNDISCLOSED, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH SUCH DISPUTES. 18. Dispute Resolution.

The arbitration shall be conducted in Clark County, Las Vegas, Nevada and the judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any United States Court having competent jurisdiction thereof. Either you or CRWESelect.com may seek any interim or preliminary relief exclusively from a court of competent jurisdiction in the county of Clark, city of Las Vegas, Nevada that may be necessary to protect the rights or property of you or CRWESelect.com pending the completion of arbitration.

20. General Provisions.

Notice shall be deemed as received 24 hours after email is sent, unless the sending party is notified that the email address is invalid.
